Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers We use USPS Ground Advantage for all shipments. International Shipping
We currently DO NOT ship internationally.

Lost or Damaged Shipments . If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at 214-552-0384 within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
